Is no longer supported in the UK this might or might not have been a problem. I did that but got a message saying that I had installed it on a different computer and asking me to contact Intuit to renew the licence. When I ran Quicken 2004, of course it wanted me to enter the "Installation Key Code" to renew the licence. Instead of allowing the automatic installation to run from the CD I viewed the files on the CD and right clicked on "start.exe" then selected "Run as administrator". Today I uninstalled it and tried two methods from scratch (to test out what I had found). I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and, after a bit of trial and error, I successfully installed Quicken 2004.
